How to prepare for an E-Counselling or Phone Counselling session
Once you have decided that this method is the one for you, a date and time will be set, and it will be time to begin your journey to self-discovery.
On the day of the session:
- Find a comfortable place that gives you a sense of peace
- Bring headphones for better sound quality
- Close the door and have this space for yourself- this is your time to self care. Make your session a zero-distraction zone.
What will I need to get started for an E-Counselling or Phone Counselling session?

- Webcam facilities and/or microphone
- Reliable internet
