The Your Song Program infuses the power of Music Therapy with Personal Growth, transforming people through the power of their own song. Nez’s approach allows clients to express emotions in ways they didn’t know they could, by using their song as a vessel in moving forward.

At Zen Life Counselling we will provide you with the tools to write your chorus, representing new beginnings and your various verses being a letting go of the past. You will choose from an array of songs and in the process create your own story.
