What’s your biggest fear?

Opening up and talking to someone about your emotions can be daunting, overwhelming and for some even cause stress and anxiety.

My greatest fear is being judged for expressing how I am really feeling therefore bottling up all my worries and stresses which later often lead to tears.

Take a minute to stop and think…

If you could choose just one place where you are at your happiest and most relaxed, where would this be?

Mine, is along the water - whether it be along the river or down at the beach.

Defined

Walk and Talk Counselling offers a space for individuals to talk openly in an environment that they feel comfortable, such as the park.
